AF 4818-PbF is low residues no clean flux containing modified rosin in a specialty blend solvent vehicle containing controlled amount of synergistic organic activating agents.

The residues left on the board is minimal, non hygroscopic and possesses high surface insulation resistance thus making AF 4818-PbF particularly suitable for no clean application.

AF 4818-PbF is suitable for use in manufacturing of high reliability products like telecommunication equipments, computers etc.

AF 4818-PbF can be applied by foam and spray fluxer systems, dipping, brush, flux pen, etc.

Density control :

1.	The density of the AF 4818-PbF flux can be checked using the IF density meter. The value shown by the density meter should be compared, after temperature compensation, with the value in the AF 4818-PbF density table and adjusted when needed with T 1000 thinner.
